CHARL members participated in the 3-day Basic Incident Command System Training Course on August 1-3, 2018 held at the OneCentral Hotel in Cebu City, which was organized by the NDRRMC and the Office of Civil Defense, Region 7.
The Club sent four delegates led by Alex Cuñado (DV7BMK), the club’s Vice President for External Affairs. The other delegates are: the club’s Chairman of the Ways & Means Committee, Ralph Bonita (DW7BLG); and two of the club’s Net Controllers, Emelito Doroy (DY7BOD) and Olimpio Gulle II (DY7BTF).
