Kindly accomplish this form. Only members who have completed the form shall be included in the official list of active members for 2026 and the succeeding years. Former members are likewise encouraged to reapply for membership.
Aspiring amateur radio operators (“hams”) who wish to join CHARL are also welcome to accomplish this form.
