CHARL provided radio communications during the 2018 Alay Lakad held on September 9, 2018 in Tagbilaran City. This year’s chairman of the Alay Lakad Executive Committee is the CHARL President, Engr. Gerisse Marie Marmito (DU7GMM).
The annual Alay Lakad is aimed at generating donations for the benefit of out-of-school youths and scholarships to poor but deserving students.
