This form is intended to facilitate the payment of Annual dues for current members and Membership fees for new applicants of CHARL.
For Current Members:
The annual dues amount to ₱500.00 for regular, associate, and affiliate members, payable annually, quarterly, or monthly.
For student members, the annual dues is ₱120.00.

For New Members (New Applicants):
The Membership fee is ₱300.00. Prior to payment, please complete the Application Form, then select “NEW MEMBERSHIP FEE”.
