CHARL conducted a Ham Radio Orientation and Seminar to more than 50 aspiring hams who are faculty members and employees of the Totolan National High School, Totolan, Dauis, Bohol, last November 27, 2019. The school’s principal is Mr. Elmer Pizarras, himself a ham with call sign of DW7BPE.
The seminar is aimed at encouraging their teachers and employees to take up ham radio as a past-time and which they could also use in times of emergencies and calamities.
