CHARL and HNU Amateur Radio Team (HART) members provided radio communication and traffic flow assistance to the College Departments of the Holy Name University (HNU) during their Annual Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Assumption Church in Dauis, Bohol, last October 2, 2019.
CHARL members participated in the 34th International Coastal Clean-up Day held nationwide on September 21, 2019. CHARL was assigned at the K of C Drive, Poblacion II, Tagbilaran City.
CHARL was once again the Official Communicators during the 2019 Sandugo Kuradang and Street Dancing Competition last July 27, 2019 at the CPG Sports Complex, Tagbilaran City.
Members from ARCCO and CHARL-Valencia also provided support.

The CHARL Contest Team participated in the 2019 PARA VHF/UHF Round-Up Contest held last May 4-5, 2019. The team participated in the Multi-Operator Field All-Band Category. Despite the limited power and being their first time to participate in such contest, the team managed to contact 12 stations from within DU6 to DU9 lands.

CHARL will be hosting a Special Radio Operators' Examination to be conducted by the Radio Operators Examination Committee (ROEC) of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), Quezon City, come May 19, 2019 in Tagbilaran City.
The exact venue of the Exam is the Bohol Institute of Technology - International College (BIT-IC) Main Campus, Gallares Street, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
Requirements for application are as follows:
